After spending more than two hundred nights in Sharm El Sheikh since 2009 until today, across various hotels from major brands, I can say this is the best service I have ever received, and the cleanest hotel—from the lobby to the corridors, to the restaurant, to every corner. I highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for an excellent experience. Starting from the front desk, there was a great welcome from the reception manager and his team. The food at the restaurant was top quality, with excellent service. There was a wide variety of fresh options daily, from meat and fish to chicken, along with an extensive selection of delicious salads and desserts. The restaurant team walked through the tables providing service while wearing clean and elegant clothes. The room was very tidy and extremely clean; the housekeeping team was very helpful, and their manager paid attention to every detail. The pool was very clean, and the animation team was amazing and friendly. Guests use the beach at a sister hotel, accessible by a free hotel bus every hour. The beach was sandy and clean, with not even a single cigarette butt in sight. This great organization definitely stems from high working standards and processes across all departments, which ultimately makes guests feel comfortable and happy. I ordered a free breakfast box because I checked out at night, and it was exactly as I expected—great! After experiencing more than 15 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, I have finally found my favorite hotel. Thanks to the entire hotel team, and a special thanks to Mr. Abdelhameed, Emad, and Adel. I will surely come back!

Jazz Sharks Bay is an amazing hotel. Mohammed Ali the general manager was very professional and accommodating and went out his way to make our stay perfect. The reception team, especially Mahmoud, were friendly and helpful and understanding of anything we needed. the housekeeping team were amazing, our cleaner and his Supervisor Abdul Moneim were outstanding and the rooms were always spotless and I loved the towel art on the bed. The entertainment team, Pano and Zayn made our holiday, they were fun, got the guests involved in activities and it was great to have some music around the pool that catered for all age groups and wasnt too loud. i am a regular traveller to Sharm El Sheikh and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Very relaxed and safe feeling atmosphere. There are shops in the complex, as well as a salon. Where I had my nails done, very happy with them. There is also someone in the lobby area to assist with booking various activities you may choose to do out of the hotel ie diving (additional cost). Cash point also available at the hotel. Also, Taxis are very cheap, various places are not far for a trip out of the complex. Eg Old Egypt Sharm , Soho, other beaches etc (see pictures of hotel and nearby areas to visit).

The staff were so friendly and smiling. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The pool was lovely, and the jacuzzi was warm. Beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels, and there was good quality shampoo and shower gel to use. There was nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the following staff who made our stay special. Abdul Hamed on reception. Kareem who took and looked after our luggage. Ibrahim in the restaurant. Amir in the rooftop bar who made amazing cocktails, and always happy. My friends and I will return very soon.
