Hotel was fantastic. Very quiet if you want a less lively holiday. Andrawes at reception gave above and beyond service and a special mention for him. The hotel aims to give 5 star service for customers, and the value for money is 10/10. The shower was huge and the room had ample space for a solo traveller like myself.

Fantastic hotel service. Great food. All inclusive. Lovely friendly staff and extremely helpful. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning. Would recommend. Entertainment guys where fab and funny. Very relaxed and safe feeling atmosphere. There are shops in the complex, as well as a salon. Where I had my nails done, very happy with them. There is also someone in the lobby area to assist with booking various activities you may choose to do out of the hotel ie diving (additional cost). Cash point also available at the hotel. Also, Taxis are very cheap, various places are not far for a trip out of the complex. Eg Old Egypt Sharm , Soho, other beaches etc (see pictures of hotel and nearby areas to visit).

This is the second time I have stayed at the Jaz hotel with my wife. The staff are a real asset to the hotel. The restaurant was full of options to suit all and the staff go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. The general manager went out of his way to help us. The hotel is clean, modern, the pool area has lovely bar. The rooms are the perfect size, clean, comfy, Modern, I cannot fault the hotel in anyway and am planning my return here. I have stayed at several hotels in Sharm El Sheikh and this is the best by far.

Four-star hotel with seven-star service. After spending more than two hundred nights in Sharm El Sheikh since 2009 until today, across various hotels from major brands, I can say this is the best service I have ever received, and the cleanest hotel—from the lobby to the corridors, to the restaurant, to every corner. I highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for an excellent experience. Starting from the front desk, there was a great welcome from the reception manager and his team. The food at the restaurant was top quality, with excellent service. There was a wide variety of fresh options daily, from meat and fish to chicken, along with an extensive selection of delicious salads and desserts. The restaurant team walked through the tables providing service while wearing clean and elegant clothes. The room was very tidy and extremely clean; the housekeeping team was very helpful, and their manager paid attention to every detail. The pool was very clean, and the animation team was amazing and friendly. Guests use the beach at a sister hotel, accessible by a free hotel bus every hour. The beach was sandy and clean, with not even a single cigarette butt in sight. This great organization definitely stems from high working standards and processes across all departments, which ultimately makes guests feel comfortable and happy. I ordered a free breakfast box because I checked out at night, and it was exactly as I expected—great! After experiencing more than 15 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, I have finally found my favorite hotel. Thanks to the entire hotel team, and a special thanks to Mr. Abdelhameed, Emad, and Adel. I will surely come back!

We initially planned to stay here just one day, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for 10 days! We previously stayed at a 5-star hotel where we paid twice as much, but this place is even better! The service here is fantastic, from the managers to the chefs and all the other staff. The food is absolutely delicious. Once, I mentioned missing a particular dessert in the buffet, and they sent a full plate of it to my room. The food tastes heavenly!!!!! The hotel has a relaxing and calm atmosphere, with enjoyable evening activities like belly dancing and live music. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly wonderful experience! --- Let me know if you'd like any adjustments! 😊
